How to Use the Web Player on Mobile Devices
As we continue transitioning to our new mobile platform, we recommend using the CUE Web Player on phones and tablets for the most reliable viewing experience.
The CUE Web Player provides the same content and features as the TV app and is currently working smoothly.
How to Access the CUE Web Player
Open your mobile browser (Safari or Chrome).
Sign in using your email address(Username) and 12-digit access code(Password).
Once logged in, you can save the web player to your Home Screen as a favorite.
It will appear just like an app and remain signed in for quick, easy access.
This setup helps ensure you enjoy the smoothest possible experience while we complete updates to our mobile platform.

CUE Web Player – How to Navigate on Your Computer
Home Screen
When you log in, you will land on your Home Screen. From here, you can scroll down to browse through the different content categories and discover available channels and features.
Opening the Channel Guide
Select a channel to begin playback.
Once the channel is playing, look at the bottom of your screen.
You will see a small circle icon positioned between the Previous Channel and Next Channel icons.
Select the circle icon to open the Channel Guide, which displays all available channels.
Viewing Favorite Channels
If you have saved favorite channels, select the Favorites option at the top of the guide. This will display only the channels you have marked as favorites for quick and easy access
