Roger Bolanos – Tech Support Lead

Roger serves as our Tech Support Lead, and his work consistently speaks for itself through both his performance and the lasting impact he leaves on customers and teammates alike. He has been recognized by multiple members of leadership for the professionalism, dedication, and consistency he brings to the front lines every single day.

In an environment where customer interactions can sometimes be challenging, Roger has a unique ability to connect with people, de-escalate frustrating situations, and guide conversations toward positive and productive resolutions. His calm approach, patience, and commitment to helping others make a tremendous difference not only for our customers but for the entire support team.

What truly sets Roger apart is his commitment to the customer experience. Every interaction is approached with understanding, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset that builds trust and confidence. The relationships he has built with customers are evident in the many unsolicited reviews and positive feedback we continue to receive praising his outstanding service and support.

Beyond the workplace, Roger is a devoted husband and proud father in a large, blended family that keeps life busy, energetic, and full of love. Family plays a central role in his life, and much of his time outside of work is spent supporting his children in their activities, creating memories together, and enjoying quality time with those closest to him.

Roger also enjoys being active in his community, supporting youth sports, helping others whenever he can, and bringing positivity to the people around him. Whether it’s through family trips, sharing laughs, or simply being someone, others can count on, Roger believes strongly in working hard, staying dependable, and always showing up for the people who matter most.
