Crockpot Peanut Candy Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

• 34.5 ounces honey roasted dry roasted peanuts (Planters used)

• 48 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (Almond Bark)

• 11.4 ounces M&M; Milk Chocolate Plain

• Optional garnish: seasonal sprinkles (jimmies or nonpareils)

Instructions

1. Layer peanuts and vanilla candy coating into crockpot (5 quart). Cover. Cook for 1 hour on low without lifting lid.

2. After 1 hour, stir mixture and continue cooking, stirring every 15–20 minutes for another hour (total 2 hours).

3. Meanwhile, line 3 cookie sheets with Silpat mats or parchment paper.

4. Turn off crockpot. Reserve 1/2 cup M&M’s.

5. Pour remaining M&M’s into crockpot and fold in.

6. Using 1 tablespoon scoop, portion candy onto parchment paper, keeping pieces separate.

7. Top each cluster with 1 M&M's and sprinkles before candy dries.

8. Allow candy to cool completely.
