Meet Jason — Technical Support Specialist & Air Force Veteran

At CUE Broadcast, we’re proud to work alongside team members who not only excel in their roles, but also bring heart, dedication, and integrity to everything they do. This month’s Employee Spotlight shines on Jason Spry, a valued member of our Technical Support team.

Jason is a United States Air Force veteran and a proud family man. He and his wife, Alexis, enjoy spending quality time together with their three amazing kids — two daughters, ages 21 and 15, and a 13-year-old son. When Jason isn’t helping customers or supporting our internal teams, you’ll most likely find him out on the water fishing with his kids or enjoying a family camping trip.

Professionally, Jason brings tremendous knowledge and experience to our organization. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting across multiple streaming devices and has a strong understanding of device compatibility, VPNs, and internet service providers. By staying current with emerging technology, Jason is able to quickly identify issues and provide reliable, effective solutions for both our customers and our team.

One of the qualities we appreciate most about Jason is his ability to remain calm, professional, and focused — even in challenging situations. He consistently “keeps the main thing the main thing,” ensuring every interaction reflects the level of care and excellence we strive to deliver as a company.
